Will my contribution be used solely to build/renovate the house or can it be used to cover operating expenses?

Your contribution will also be used to cover operating expenses (taxes, insurance, and maintenance) during construction and renovation of the House of Alpha, as well as the modest fundraising expenses incurred during the campaign.
